We are a couple of tree-hugging crazies that render a range of services to a lot of people who often don't know much about how we are collectively destroying the planet. We try to educate as we go along, showing how small actions by a lot of people can lead to big results. Our customers become our family and we have made a lot of friends.

We install a bunch of stuff which makes our customers feel better and clears the conscience just a little. Our work makes us feel good because collectively we are gradually undoing some of the damage.

We have a triple bottom line approach to our business - people, planet and profit - in that order.

• People are important to us - without our staff we don't have a business. Our customers are important to us - without them we don't have a business. And our suppliers are important to us - without them we don't have a business.
• This Planet is the only one we have! Everything we do must have as little environmental impact as possible. We encourage everyone we meet to tread lightly as they go about their business.
• Profit is the difficult one but last on our agenda. It's not easy to make a profit when you are encouraging people to do more with less.
